FAQ'S Q: Do you travel for weddings? We certainly do. We are based between Maidenhead and Marlow on the Berkshire, Buckinghamshire border but love to travel. We will go anywhere in the world to document your wedding day. Q: What is full day coverage? Our full day coverage is a few hours of preparation until roughly an hour after the first dance. Q: What is the best way to get in touch with you? Send us an email or give us a call. We are often out shooting so aren’t able to answer the phone but please leave a message. We will get right back to you. Q: Are you insured? We couldn’t be more insured. Q: Do you have backups? We have backups for backups. Multiple camera bodies and lenses are taken on every shoot. All your images are backed up on NAS raid storage drives in multiple locations. Q: When will my images be ready? Images will be ready to view and with you in 4 to 6 weeks after your big day. We endeavour to get them edited as quickly as possible but we don’t like to rush them. These images will be with you for the rest of your life so we want them to be perfect for you. Q: How many images will I receive? We don’t limit the amount of images you will receive. On average it would be around the 500 mark but it can sometimes run into the thousands. We give you anything that deserves to be seen. Q: How do I secure the date? Your date is secured upon receipt of a signed contract and retainer. Q: How far in advance do we need to book you? There is no limit. Couples get in touch daily so dates often get booked up 12 to 18 months is advance. That being said if we are free on your date we only need a few days’ notice. Q: What cameras do you use? We use Nikon and Leica camera bodies accompanied by the best lenses they have to offer Q: Are you happy to shoot family portraits and group shots on the day or are you strictly documentary photographers? Whilst we are primarily documentary photographers we are more than happy to shoot a selection of family/group shots. Not to mention that we don’t have the balls to tell mothers they can’t have picture with their son or daughter on their wedding day.
